We will use your personally identifiable information only as follows:

• For payment purposes and to provide customer support;.

If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, you may opt out of future e-mails at any time by following the instructions included in the e-mail.

Dash Pages Terms of Service

Dash Pages (the service) provides single page websites as a fully managed cloud service.

The service is provided by Dash Media Pty Ltd.

Fee Schedule:

The fee schedule for the service is as follows:

• The initial deployment fee of $780 is payable.
• The monthly service fee of $59 per month payable each month in advance.

All prices are quoted exclusive of GST.

Initial Deployment:

• The customer agrees to complete the content outlined in the Landing Page Content Survey which can be viewed at https://dashpages.com.au/survey.
• The service is typically deployed for new customers within five business days except when subject to delays receiving content or approval from the customer.

Additions and revisions:

• The service allows for one round of revisions to content each calendar month.
• Content revisions will be emailed to [email protected] before the 1st of each month.
• Content revisions received before the 1st of each month will be deployed on or before the 21st of the month.
• Urgent or emergency content revisions requiring immediate action will by charged on an hourly basis at a rate of $130 per hour ex. GST.

Copyright and trademarks:

The customer represents to Dash Media that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Dash Media for inclusion in the project are owned by The customer, or that The customer has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Dash Media and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements provided by the customer.

Ownership of the service and submitted content is as follows:

• Content submitted by the customer remains the property of its original owners.
• The service remains the property of Dash Media with access provided in accordance with these terms of service.

Agreement

Agreement to these terms of service and the initial payment are required before deployment of the service can commence.
